　　他们，来自不同的国家，有着不同的文化背景，但却缠绕着一种中国情结；他们，因不同的梦想而来，栖居在不同领域，却都充满了对梦想的追求、对事业的执著和对江苏的挚爱。他们的故事，汇聚在一起，便成为时代的缩影。12月17日起，江苏国际频道联合荔枝新闻、我苏网，推出“我的江苏故事（My Jiangsu Story）——庆祝改革开放40年特别策划”，一起来听，他们的江苏故事。

吉利戈

　　吉利戈（Zeljko Ivkovic），克罗地亚籍。吉利戈的幼年和少年时代在德国度过，之后在日本有6年半的工作经历；2011年-2016年间，他在中国上海的易特驰集团和博世家电工作了5年；之后，吉利戈来到南京，出任迪比信可信息技术服务（南京）有限公司总经理一职，并在南京安家。

　　吉利戈有着十多年信息技术服务行业的从业经历，而南京是他职业经历的新起点。

Having over ten years of experiences in IT industry, Zeljko is embracing a new start in this company, and in this city.

　　“我是两年半以前入职迪比信可信息技术服务（南京）有限公司的。迪比信可是一家国际化的物流公司，但是迪比信可（南京）分公司，更多的是一个为全球信息技术提供解决方案的中心。我们的总部在德国埃森，同时在东欧的波兰、德里也都有分公司。虽然我们是服务全球用户的，但我们在亚太地区拥有非常庞大的客户群。比如，我们和迪比信可在新加坡设立的技术中心紧密合作，同时也与亚太地区不同国家，甚至是澳洲建立紧密和顺畅的工作关系。”吉利戈告诉记者。

“Two and a half years ago, I moved into Nanjing to work for DB SCHENKER. DB SCHENKER is a globally operating logistic company, it’s especially now as we’re a shared service center, so we consolidate basically the services here in Nanjing. We have other branches as well in east Europe like Poland, India, in Delhi, and the location in our headquarter in Essen, Germany. Our customer base is global, but we also have a very strong customer base in Asia Pacific. For example, we could work very closely with our hub in Singapore and work with different countries in Asia Pacific, including Australia.” Zeljko told the reporter.

　　吉利戈是克罗地亚人，但从小在德国长大。他在日本工作过6年，之后来到中国上海，现在又落脚南京。作为一名职业经理，他十分看重南京这块人才高地，也十分注重挖掘员工身上的更多潜力与闪光点。

Born Croatian, growing up in Germany and working for 6 years in Japan, Nanjing is the second Chinese city Zeljko has lived and worked aside Shanghai. As an employer, he enjoys the talent pool in Nanjing and knows how to bring out the sparks of his staff.

　　“企业领导团队都是希望去鼓励和帮助员工得到更好的发展，鼓励大家在工作的时候创造更好的业绩，也在工作之余尽情放松。”马妍是迪比信可的人力资源经理，她很认可公司的管理方式。

“The management team in our company always encourages the development of the staff. When in work, people are encouraged to deliver better performance and to relax during breaks.” Sarah, manager of personnel department, approves the way the management of this company works.

　　“南京有充足的人才储备，因此我们拥有一批出色的员工，尤其是信息技术类人才。（南京）有很多高校，很多大公司也都看中这一点而选址南京。现在不仅是中国，在全球范围内，服务业都至关重要。中国的服务业发展迅速，面对市场需求和挑战，中国的反应很灵活，在行动上也敢为人先。”

“We have very good access to talent，so we get really good let’s say employees, experts on the market, regards to IT, technology, with having many universities around and other companies really like to gather here. I mean the service sector becomes not only in China but all of the world important, I think China plays a really important role being flexible, being really dare in the front to deal with these challenges and requirements that the market is asking for.”

　　江苏一直是科教大省，作为科教中心的南京，拥有几十所高等院校和科研院所。充足的人才储备，吸引了更多外企落地江苏。

Jiangsu has been all along boasting research and education, as the capital city of Jiangsu province, Nanjing sees many high-quality universities and research institutes, and therefore draws more and more foreign enterprises to invest and operate in this ancient city.

　　刚到迪比信可（南京）分公司任职时，吉利戈的家还在上海，他每个星期都要南京上海两头跑。一年半以前，吉利戈和妻子决定把家搬到南京。

Marrying into a Shanghai family, Zeljko had to commute between Shanghai and Nanjing when he just came to this company. About one year and a half ago, his whole family joined him in Nanjing.

　　支宏是吉利戈的妻子，虽然由于工作关系需要在南京、上海两地间不停奔波，却甘之如饴。她说：“在这段婚姻中，特别是有了宝宝之后，所有的付出都是值得的。作为父亲，（吉利戈能得）80分吧，还有进步空间。”

Zhi Hong is Zeljko’s wife. Though commuting between Nanjing and Shanghai for work reasons, she thinks everything is worthy. “Marriage is not taking, but sacrifice. Nothing matters in the marriage if you love each other and especially have a baby. About being a father, Zeljko might score 80 and still has way to go. ”

　　目前，支宏仍然留在上海工作，两岁的宝宝主要由支宏的妈妈来照顾。如今，吉利戈已经非常习惯这样一个中国式家庭的生活方式。

Zhi Hong still works in Shanghai and has to travel back and forth between Nanjing and Shanghai. The baby, almost two years old, is taken care of by Zhi Hong’s mother. Zeljko appreciates what his mother-in-law has done for the whole family.

　　“我们家的核心人物是我岳母，她就像家里的‘守护者’，把家人团结在一起，由她主要照看孩子。我知道，中国家庭的重心常常集中在家里最小的一代人身上。在我家，这个‘重心’就是我的儿子。所以我觉得，是岳母把一家人紧紧团聚在一起的。”

“I think the mother-in-law is the most important person. She plays a very important role in our family because she’s the gatekeeper who keeps the family together. She takes care of the child, and in China the center of attention and of a family is very often the latest generation which is our son in our case. So I think basically my mother in law plays a really significant role in our family to keep the family together.”

　　拥有持家的岳母，漂亮的妻子和可爱的儿子，吉利戈已然敞开胸怀拥抱自己在南京的生活与事业；而南京，也同样包容着这个拥有多元文化的家庭，给吉利戈所在的这所新兴IT公司提供了更为广阔的未来。

Having a family of the caring mother-in-law, the beautiful wife and the adorable son, Zeljko embraces his life and career in Nanjing; the city, in return, welcomes this multi-cultural family and this rising IT company to have its cutting edge for a potential Chinese market.

　　“对我来说，南京是我的最佳选择。未来也许会有更诱人的机遇摆在我面前，但现阶段我没有任何想要离开的计划。我对自己工作的地方和公司都非常满意。”

“For me, Nanjing is a place of choice. There might be opportunities coming up, but from my personal perspective, at the moment I don’t have any plans to move or to change. It’s a really fulfilling place in a fulfilling company to work for.”

　　“南京，乃至整个中国，现在发展得很快。我很喜欢这样的环境，它不仅仅有挑战性，还可以让我在看待事物时拥有新的视角。”

“Nanjing, as well China develops with very fast pace of change. I really like this kind of environment to be in and I think it’s not only challenging but also helpful to have a different perspective.”
