　　ARI signed a MOU with Honeywell

　　亚洲首个提供全面老旧飞机解决方案的供货商国际飞机再循环有限公司日前宣布，集团通过旗下中国飞机拆解中心（香港）有限公司与霍尼韦尔航空航天集团签订战略合作备忘录。

　　Aircraft Recycling International (“ARI") announce that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (“MOU”) with Honeywell Aerospace via its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Aircraft Disassembly Centre (Hong Kong) Limited Company (“CADC(HK)”).

　　双方就目前位于哈尔滨正在筹备运营的中龙飞机拆解基地的飞机维修及拆解等业务拓展方面，达成合作意向。

　　With regards to the parties’ strategic cooperation intention for expanding aircraft maintenance and dismantling businesses at ARI’s China Aircraft Disassembly Centre (“CADC”) located at Harbin.

　　在中国民航机队不断扩大、平均机龄增加的基础上，民航客机的维修、保养、改装等服务需要愈加旺盛，市场需求将不断攀高。

　　While commercial aircraft fleet in China expand with average age increases, there are surging demand for fleet maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) services, and the trend is expected to continue.

　　“亚太地区的维护、维修及大修服务市场蕴含巨大商机，年增速有望达到6.0%。”霍尼韦尔航空航天集团亚太区总裁林世伟表示，“通过与ARI这样优质的行业先驱合作，我们期待进一步提升运维能力，更好地服务当地客户。”

　　“There are big opportunities in Asia Pacific’s maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) market, which is expected to grow at 6 percent per annum,” said Steven Lien, president of Honeywell Aerospace Asia Pacific. “By partnering with strong players like ARI, Honeywell is improving our operating and repair capabilities to provide local customers with better support.”

　　Interroll sorter save up energy for The North Face

　　户外运动服装制造商韩国永元集团近日与系统集成商现代电梯签署协议，后者将为永元最新的配送中心提供全套的物流系统。

　　Youngone, the global outdoor and athletic clothing, manufacturer has contracted system integrator Hyundai Elevator to provide a complete logistics system for their new distribution center.

　　具体产品包括三套英特诺模块式输送机平台（MCP）以及一台水平交叉带式分拣机。

　　It includes three Interroll Modular Conveyor Platform (MCP) installations and one horizontal Crossbelt sorter.

　　新的系统将被用于满足北面品牌户外服装线上及实体店销售日益增长的需求，尤其是在夏季和冬季的两个销售高峰。

　　The system was designed to meet the continuously increasing demand on The North Face outdoor fashion online business and department stores especially during peak times in summer and winter.

　　现代电梯有限公司总经理吴允锡表示：“英特诺交叉带式分拣机高效的驱动装置可以节省高达50%的能耗，而英特诺模块式输送机平台则能够让我们非常轻松地将其规划并集成到其它系统中，这为我们的未来增长和扩张提供了最大的灵活性。”

　　“The highly efficient drive mechanism of the Interroll Crossbelt sorter can save up to 50% energy and MCP is very easy for us to plan and integrate with other systems, which offers us maximum flexibility for future growth and expansion,"explained Oh Yun-Seok, General Manager of Hyundai Elevator Co., Ltd.

　　American Airlines announces new service from Beijing to Los

　　美国航空日前宣布获准开通北京—洛杉矶每日直航航线。

　　American Airlines announces recently approval for the launch of new daily non-stop service from Los Angeles to Beijing.

　　该航线是美国航空开通的第八条中国至美国境内的直航航线，并成为首家执飞该航线的美籍航空公司。

　　This is American’s eighth direct nonstop flight from China to the U.S. American will be the first U.S. carrier to operate this route.

　　新航线将于今年11月5日由洛杉矶正式开通，并采用目前最先进的波音787-8机型执飞，该航班目前已正式开售。

　　The service will begin on November 5, 2017 from Los Angeles, operating with the most advanced Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner. Tickets are now on sale.

　　美国航空亚太区董事总经理Russ Fortson表示：“在北京—洛杉矶这条重要的中美航线上提供服务践行了我们不断深耕中国市场的承诺，也是美国航空一直以来的愿望。”

　　“Offering nonstop service between Beijing and Los Angeles underscores our commitment to the China market and has been a longstanding objective of American Airlines”, said Russ Fortson, Asia Pacific Managing Director of American Airlines.

　　“这为两地乘客提供了更多的飞行选择，是美国航空进一步拓展中国市场的绝佳机会。”

　　“This is an excellent opportunity to further develop the China market by giving consumers more choice and convenience to fly between the two cities.” He said.

　　亚行帮助中国改善铁路安全

　　ADB to help improve railway safety in PRC

　　亚洲开发银行（亚行）董事会已批准一项1.8亿美元的贷款，以帮助中国在西南部山区建设一个更加安全、可靠和高效的轨道交通系统。

　　The Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Board of Directors has approved a $180 million loan to help the government build a safer, more reliable, and more efficient rail transport system in the mountainous southwest region of the People’s Republic of China.

　　山区铁路安全改善项目将出资为成昆铁路峨眉至米易段（长约386公里）配备先进的铁路安全设备。

　　The Mountain Railway Safety Enhancement Project will fund advanced railway safety equipment for the E’Mei-Miyi section — about 386 kilometers long — of the Chengdu-Kunming railway line.

　　亚行主任交通运输专家沙拉德·萨克塞纳指出，“更加安全和先进的铁路系统将为居民提供更为优质快捷的交通选择方案，并支持该地区的经济增长。”

　　“A safer and more advanced railway system will give residents better and faster transport options and support economic growth in the region,” said Sharad Saxena, Principal Transport Specialist for ADB.

　　该项目预计于2024年年中完工，总投资为8.6亿美元，其中包括6.8亿美元配套资金。

　　The total cost of the project is $860 million, including counterpart financing of $680 million. The project is expected to be completed by mid-2024.
