　　CAIRO, April 9 (Xinhua) -- An Egyptian expert has said that, despite its attempt to masquerade as a "beacon of democracy" by convening the second so-called "Summit for Democracy," the U.S. is by no means democratic given its hegemony-based foreign policy.
