致从上海入境来（返）通旅客告知书

　　尊敬的各位旅客：

　　您好！欢迎您来到南通，欢迎您回家！

　　当前，新冠肺炎疫情在全球呈蔓延扩散态势。为有效阻止疫情跨国传播，根据国务院联防联控机制要求，南通市对来自疫情严重国家和地区人员抵通后采取检验检疫和防控举措。为了您和家人、公众的生命安全和身体健康，请您理解支持并配合我们在非常时期采取的特殊入境措施：

　　1.请您遵从工作人员引导，由江苏省涉外疫情防控上海工作组统一安排车辆至苏州昆山市花桥国际博览中心，期间，请您全程佩戴口罩并配合填写旅客信息表。抵达苏州昆山市花桥国际博览中心，将由南通市政府提供车辆接送服务。

　　2.抵达昆山市花桥国际博览中心后，请您稍作休整。期间，请您配合做好体温测量、健康申报等必要防疫措施。

　　3.抵达南通后，请您严格遵守疫情防控的相关规定，配合当地政府做好各项防控措施。

　　4.拒不配合或故意隐瞒旅行史、相关病例接触史及病情情况，造成疫情扩散，危害公共安全的，将依法追究刑事责任。

　　因采取相关防控措施给您带来的不便，请予理解。感谢您的支持与配合！祝愿您身体健康、旅途愉快！

　　A Letter to Nantong-bound Travelers Entering China via Shanghai

　　Dear passengers,

　　Hello! Welcome to Nantong. Welcome back home.

　　Given the current global spread of COVID-19, Nantong has introduced containment measures consisting of inspection and quarantine for travelers from countries and regions severely affected by the disease in accordance with the requirements of the State Council to effectively curb cross-border transmission. For your, your families’, and the public’s health and safety, we hope to have your understanding, support, and cooperation with the following entry measures during this special period.

　　1. Please follow the guidance of our staff and take a vehicle designated by Shanghai Working Team of Foreign-related Epidemic Control Group of Jiangsu Province to the Huaqiao International Expo Center of Kunshan City. Please keep your mask on and fill in the Passenger Information Form. After arriving in theHuaqiao International Expo Center, you will be picked up by vehicles arranged by Nantong Municipal Government.

　　2. It is required to obey epidemic control measures by stating your health conditions and having your temperature taken while taking a short rest in the Huaqiao International Expo Center.

　　3. Please strictly follow relevant regulations for epidemic control and cooperate with the local government in implementing various control measures after arriving in Nantong.

　　4. Those who refuse to cooperate or deliberately conceal their travel history, contact with confirmed cases, or their own infection and cause the spread of the epidemic and endanger the public safety shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law.

　　上海経由南通行きの皆様：

　　南通へようこそ、お帰りなさい！

　　現在、新型コロナウイルス肺炎は世界的に蔓延しています。国境を越えた感染を効果的に予防するために、南通市政府は国務院連防連控機構の要請に従い、感染が広がる国や地域からの入国者に対し、入国後の検査検疫と予防対策を実施しています。ご自身とご家族、または周りの方々の安全と健康のために、非常時における入国対策へのご理解とご協力をよろしくお願いします。

　　１、空港にご到着後、まず現地スタッフの指示に従い、江蘇省政府より手配した車を利用し、空港から蘇州昆山市花橋国際博覧センターまで移動してください。この間は、マスクのご着用の上、防疫用の旅客カードを正しく記入してください。昆山市の花橋国際博覧センターに到着した後、南通市政府が移動に必要な車両を用意し送迎サービスを提供いたします。

　　２、昆山市の花橋国際博覧センターに到着した後、多少休憩時間を設けられます。その間、体温測定や健康申告などの必要な予防措置が行われます。ご協力をお願いします。

　　３、南通に到着した後、防疫に関する諸規制を厳守し、現地政府の防疫対策へのご協力をお願いします。

　　４、本対策への協力を拒否し、または渡航歴、感染者との接触歴、及び病状を悪意に隠蔽したりすることにより、感染症を拡大し、公共安全に悪影響をもたらす場合、法律に基づいて刑事責任を追及します。
