西班牙工程师迭戈：
常州工作第三年，成为江苏“双创人才”
8月11日，1265名海内外人才在南京参加了一场特殊的“考试”——2018年度江苏省“双创计划”答辩评审。期间，来自常州的西班牙小伙迭戈·莫利纳（Diego Molina）带领的团队脱颖而出，迭戈本人也当选为2018年度江苏省“双创人才”（高技能类）。
日前，在位于江苏常州武进高新技术产业开发区的伊蒙妮莎（常州）发电设备公司，新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君见到了该公司的工程经理迭戈，他正与研发团队举行例行讨论会，随后接受了Now君的采访。

迭戈·莫利纳是西班牙人，来常州快满三年了。别看他站在“双创计划”答辩讲台上讲解创业项目时一副镇定自若、自信满满的样子，此时跟新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君介绍起自己来，还带着一些年轻人特有的腼腆。
“我是2015年9月份被公司总部派来常州工作的。来这里生活的前半年，对我来说有点小困难，因为之前我没有来过中国。”迭戈笑着说，“之后就适应啦！一开始觉得生活中语言沟通有点困难，后来逐渐发现，其实周围各种公共设施上都有英文标识，这两年更是越来越完善。市民们也特别友好乐于助人，平时我出门吃饭购物或者看电影，完全没问题。”
Diego, in Changzhou for three years, is an engineering manager of the HIMOINSA China, located in the Wujin National High-tech Industrial Zone. The company is the subsidiary and main production center in Asia of HIMOINSA S.L, a global corporation with headquarters in Spain.
When he first arrived in Changzhou in September 2015, he met difficulties in language communication. Thanks to English signs at various public facilities, which have been further improved in recent two years, he already has no problem at all, whether going to a restaurant, shopping or watching a movie.
常州国家高新技术产业开发区成立于1992年11月9日，是经中国国务院批准最早成立的52个国家级高新区之一。2002年4月，常州在新区的基础上设立了常州市新北区。迭戈就住在常州的新北区，他还记得刚来时，周围的商场里都是空空荡荡，而现在则每天都是人挤人了。“这里发展太快了，”他说。他一直期盼的常州地铁也快通车了，以后工作生活就会更加便利了。
看得出迭戈很享受这里的生活，他还告诉新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君：“我基本每天都吃中国菜哦，很好吃！”因工作繁忙，迭戈两年才有空回家探亲一次，但这里生活的美丽与精彩，让他可以暂忘思乡之情。“常州这个城市很国际化多元化，这两年各国朋友越来越多。”他说，“我结交了不少好朋友哦，今晚我就要跟他们在南大街附近的酒吧聚一聚呢。”
Established on November 9, 1992, the industrial zone is one of China’s earliest 52 national-level high-tech zones approved by the State Council. Changzhou founded its Xinbei District on the basis of the high-tech zone in April 2002. Diego, who lives in Xinbei District, said the nearby shopping malls were quite empty at that time but now crowded every day.
As the Changzhou subway is set to open, work and life will become more convenient in the district. Diego said he enjoys the life here and is also used to Chinese food every day. Sometimes, he goes to the bars near Southern Street to meet friends from all over the world.
“在这里工作，令人难忘”
2006年，伊蒙妮莎（常州）发电设备有限公司成立于江苏省常州市，是伊蒙妮莎集团在亚洲的子公司和主要生产中心，占地面积超过60000平方米，生产范围包括制造、组装发电机组和照明顶塔等，是伊蒙妮莎集团在亚洲最大的工厂。
谈到自己的工作经历，迭戈郑重表示：“我特别想说，全世界各地的人都该来中国工作试试，最起码体验一段时间。”在常州工作三年，对迭戈来说是一个挑战，但也完全符合他的预期。“常州很注重对本地人才的培养，我们公司很多年轻人特别棒，不管是生产第一线的工人还是研发人员。”迭戈介绍起自己团队来非常自豪，“我的伙伴们是我最大的支持，平时工作时我们每天都要开会讨论。”新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君注意到，迭戈的办公桌就跟其他工程师们相邻，遇到小问题随时可以交流，中国工程师们与西班牙工程师完全沟通无障碍。
此次凭借双层百叶窗结构发电组项目顺利评选为“双创人才”，迭戈也是很感谢自己的团队伙伴。“对我来说，这是一段十分精彩的历程。这份精彩，跟我的团队和我的公司密不可分。”他说：“没有他们，我没法在短时间内完成这么大的项目。”
“双创计划”全称为江苏省高层次创新创业人才引进计划，是江苏省自2007年开始率全国之先发起的海内外高层次人才引进计划。每年，江苏省都拿出专项资金组织实施“双创计划”，旨在引导和支持各地引进海内外特别是海外高层次创业创新人才。这十年来，“双创计划”已经衍生了“双创人才”“双创团队”“双创博士”等多个引才类别，累计引进领军人才3900多名，创业团队360多个，双创博士近4000人。这十年来，“双创计划”也已累计资助创业类人才12.28亿元，而创办企业仅2017年纳税就达50.41亿元，1年产出相当于10年投入的4倍还要多。
Jiangsu took the national lead to launch the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan in 2007 in order to attract high-caliber talents from across the globe. Every year, Jiangsu has earmarked special funds to implement the initiative, providing support to top-tier talents who want to start their own businesses and make innovations in the province.
In the past ten years, the initiative, including the similar programs to woo particular individuals or teams, has introduced more than 3,900 leading professionals, 360 start-up teams, and 4,000 people PhD holders to the province. Meanwhile, the initiative has also allocated fund of 1.228 billion yuan ($179 million) to boost entrepreneurial efforts in a decade. Amid the incentives, the new start-ups paid back 5.041 billion yuan ($736 million) in tax in 2017, meaning the retrun in one year is more than four times the investment in 10 years.
迭戈告诉新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君，他和他的团队一直计划帮公司开拓热带沙漠地区的市场，但那里气候条件特别恶劣，常年充满了飞沙与风暴，产品必须经过升级改造才能适应当地环境。他与研发团队经过一番攻克，把发电机组的散热指标提高13%，噪音指标也下降了4.5%，让发电机在高温高沙的环境下，工作寿命更长，完全具备进入当地市场的条件。迭戈感慨连连，常州甚至整个江苏，都给创业者们提供了非常好的环境跟条件。今年当选为江苏省“双创人才”后，他跟他的创新项目将得到更大的资金赞助与政策扶持，梦想变为现实指日可待。“所以我才说大家都该来这里工作！”迭戈充满了喜悦与激情，“我觉得我的人生都完整了，这是非常难忘的经历。”
Diego and his team plan to help the company develop the market in the tropical desert region, but the products must be upgraded to adapt to the harsh climatic conditions, such as the sandstorms all year round. Diego’s team have made progress in improving the heat radiation of the generator set by 13 percent, reducing the noise by 4.5 percent, and extending the working life of the equipment in high temperatures. The upgraded equipment now fully meets the requirements of entering the targeted market. After being recognized by the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Plan, he and his team will be qualified to win greater financial and policy support, and their dream will soon become a reality.
“这里地大物博，太适合旅游了”
迭戈喜欢拍照喜欢旅行，令他惊喜的是，中国实在是太地大物博了。“我都不用离开中国，这么多美丽地方就够我旅游好一阵的了。”迭戈说，“上一次旅行，我去了敦煌。你知道敦煌吗？就在兰州附近。”新华日报国际传播部记者& Now君听了只有羡慕的份，Now君自己还没去过敦煌呢！“对我来说，那里太完美了。”迭戈沉浸在回忆里，“我的宝贝相机也觉得那里太美太美。”
每逢中国节假日，迭戈基本都会出门旅行。“常州的交通很便利的，坐火车去南京、苏州、上海都很方便，也有自己的机场。”虽然才来了三年，迭戈现在俨然是一个“本地通”了。他还悄悄告诉新华日报国际传播部记者&Now君：“而且在中国旅游特别经济实惠！我喜欢这里，我要计划我的下一次旅行了。”
Diego likes photography and travel. He said China is really a big country and he has taken trips almost on all Chinese public holidays. “Changzhou’s transportation is very convenient, and it’s easy to take the train to Nanjing, Suzhou and Shanghai. The city also has its own airport.” said Diego.
Although it has only been three years, Diego seems to get very familiar with everything in China now. In his last trip, he visited Dunhuang, a major stop on the ancient Silk Road, and said he was impressed by the spectacular scene there. Diego is now planning his next trip now.
